General Policies

Because tickets are unique and non-replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders submitted to us. Tickets are bought and sold on an open market, therefore prices and availability are subject to change at any time. All Prices are guaranteed upon order confirmation by JoeBTickets.com. Online orders placed outside of normal business hours or on weekends may not be processed until the next working day. When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.

Shipping Policy

Tickets ship on the same day (Monday-Friday) if the order is received by 4 p.m. EST and are in hand. Keep in mind, orders placed on the weekend will not be shipped until Monday. Most tickets are in hand and ready to ship, however in some cases tickets will not ship the same day you order them. In some cases, tickets aren’t printed for a few weeks or even months, in rare instances, depending on the event. Please contact us if you need tickets by a certain date (i.e. birthday, anniversary). All tickets are shipped via FEDEX and require a signature.

Return Policy

As stated above there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order. The only exception is when an event itself is cancelled by the artist or promoter and is not rescheduled. In this case, a refund minus shipping will be given after the tickets have been returned to our office. Rescheduled events will use the OLD tickets for the NEW date. Please keep this in mind and ALWAYS contact us if you have any questions.
